Asked most often
- Do I need a registered business to buy?
- You can open an account and order straight away. Verifying your business unlocks higher transaction limits, and needs your registration documents.
- What product information can I check before paying?
- The product page shows the photos, quantities, lead time, delivery promise and any public certificates available for that item before you check out.
- When is my money released to the seller?
- Not on dispatch. Funds are held until delivery is confirmed, which is what makes a dispute worth raising rather than a formality.
- Can several people from my business use the account?
- Yes — invite them and give each one a role. Owners and procurement can order; finance and viewers cannot. Everyone gets their own login, because every action is recorded against whoever took it.
- Which currency am I charged in?
- Naira. You can switch the display currency to see indicative prices, but the charge and the invoice are in Naira.
